A happy card!!!

I know that it has been a while since posted, but I swear to spend more time dedicated to posting the things that I create.
The week before my birthday, we took a ride down to Coos Bay, Oregon to celebrate thanksgiving with some friends and ride our quads. While there, I got to visit my favorite scrap store, Memories of Time.
While there, I purchased Saturated Canary's "Traveling Colors" stamp. I got my Copics out and started having fun!!! Here is what I ended up with;

She is stamped on Neenah Solar white paper using Memento Tuxedo black ink. The card base is from Recollections. She was cut using my Spellbinders Label die. The sentiment comes with the sweet little girl and was cut out of Georgia Pacific, Stamped with Memento Grape Jelly, cut with a Spellbinders die,  Edged with Gold Smooch and put int with a pop dot. The background is a stencil that was a free gift from Papercraft Essentials magazine Issue 101. I used the mask to create a rainbow effect and some Washi tape to add some texture.
Here is a picture of all the Copics used in this little card:
Thanks for checking this out!!!

Baby New Year

Baby new year is a stamp that I thought was super cute, I added a hat stamp to his little head, put him on some metallic peach paper and used a border punch to add some dimension. The balloons and the hat are from the same Fiskars stamping set.

"Love" ATC

Here is a cute ATC I did for a swap last year. The background is red foil paper from American Crafts, the front is white card stock stamped and heat embossed and the flower is Prima. Looking at this has got me in a Valentine's day spirit. Time to make some goodies for my honey!!!

Baby Word Book

Hi All!! For our Design Team project over at Cricut Mini Albums this week, we were given a Designer's choice. Since I have so many friends pregnant, I got inspired to do a baby word book. I used paper from the Nana's Nursery stack and Design studio. All of the letters are cut using the Storybook cartridge which seems to be made for doing word books. The letters all line up perfectly and makes it so easy to design a simple word book. The blocks "A" page are cut from New Arrival on pearlescent cardstock that I got from WalMart. On the "B" page, I used a ring designed by me using the butterfly from Tear Drop, the long heart on George, and the flower from Doodlecharms. I backed it with a scalloped circle from MiniMonograms. The second "B" page has a cute onesie on the left cut from New Arrival. I used my chalks to outline it to try and make it pop a little more off the page. The cute safety pins are also a cut from New Arrival. On the right side, There is a little out fit from New Arrival. I love to accent with ribbon as often as possible and this time, I used some little pearls through out the entire project. Make sure that you go and check out the other lovely creations that the girls made over at Cricut Mini Albums . Make sure that when you are there, sign up to be a follower!! When we reach 200 followers, we are going to have a give-away!! WoOOoo HooOOooOO!! Thanks for looking!!
